2. What data we collect

2.1 Browsing data (only with consent)

After you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner, we automatically collect:

We do not collect: content from other tabs, browsing history outside our website, data from other websites visited, passwords or banking data.

2.2 Data provided voluntarily

When you fill out Quote, Contact or Careers forms, we collect:

• Name, email, phone, company (in the quote) or city and résumé (in careers);
• The content of the message or project description you send us;
• Type of service desired and expectations on timeline/investment.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Consent (Art. 7, I LGPD): for the browsing data collected after the banner is accepted;
• Performance of a contract or preliminary procedures (Art. 7, V): for the data sent via the quote form;
• Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): for website security, fraud prevention and continuous improvement of the service.

The data is not sold to third parties. We share it only with:

• ipinfo.io — receives the visitor's IP address to return the geolocation. Partner's policy;
• Hostinger — the website's hosting provider. It holds security and LGPD certifications;
• AI providers (Google Gemini) — when you use the quote tool and our team triggers an automatic estimate, the project description may be sent (with no personal data associated);
• Competent authorities, upon a court order or legal request.

• Browsing data: 24 months from the last visit;
• Quote data without closing: 5 years from the contact (statute of limitations under the Consumer Code);
• Data of clients with an active contract: during the term of the contract + 5 years for tax purposes;
• Candidate data (Careers): 12 months, unless continued interest is expressed.

6. Your rights (Art. 18 LGPD)

You may, at any time, request:

• Confirmation of the existence of processing;
• Access to your data;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance;
• Portability to another provider;
• Deletion of data processed based on consent;
• Withdrawal of consent at any time;
• Information about whom your data has been shared with.

• Click "Decline" on the banner when you first access the website;
• Clear your browser data (cookies and local storage) — this will make the banner reappear and you'll be able to choose again;
